Murtek Earns Certification for Inclusive Practice

Inclusion doesn't only happen through personal advocacy, sometimes it's built into how an entire organisation operates. That's exactly what we're recognising with Murtek IT, who have achieved Pathfinder certification through the UK Neurodiversity Recognition Scheme.

Based in Newton Aycliffe, Murtek is a well-established name in IT and Communications across the North East and wider UK. Under the leadership of Founder and Managing Director Stuart Murray, the business has shown that inclusive culture isn't something bolted on for appearances, it runs through their processes, communication and policies, with a genuine commitment to making sure every member of the team feels understood and supported.
