Pathfinder Recognition for Holly Knight

We're delighted to celebrate Holly Knight, who has been awarded Pathfinder certification by the UK Neurodiversity Recognition Scheme in recognition of their outstanding individual contribution to supporting marginalised communities, particularly young neurodivergent people.

Holly's work spans several initiatives that are making a real difference across the North East. Through the Learn Grow Thrive programme, they have created a supportive space where young neurodivergent people can build confidence, develop skills and connect with others who understand their experience.

Through Celebrate Difference Holly continues to raise awareness of neurodivergence and champion more inclusive attitudes, while their work with Youth Markets has helped open up opportunities for young people who might otherwise be overlooked.

Holly has also played a key role in organising events at The HUB Consett, creating accessible spaces where neurodivergent individuals and their communities can come together, learn and be celebrated.

This Pathfinder certification recognises dedication to improving awareness, accessibility and inclusive practice, along with their continued commitment to taking meaningful action so neurodivergent people feel supported and able to succeed. Holly's contribution reflects exactly the kind of grassroots, community-led impact this scheme was created to recognise.
