Spark Labs are Recognised for their Work Supporting and Promoting Neuroinclusive Organisations

It was brilliant to recognise the work Spark Labs do throughout their client base, ensuring that small business owners, often owner managed, are able to express their brand and marketing in a collaborative way through a calm and considered partnership.

Jo Spottiswood, Founder and Creative Director of Spark Labs has championed organisations which directly support neurodivergent people, such as IncluScape, who deliver corporate workplace inclusion training, and Neuro North Forum, raising the profile of neurodiversity and inclusion within leadership.

The clarity of the structure behind the Spark Labs, ensures clients are supported as individuals, through a deep understanding of which enables their vision to come to light and reflect their business, this distinctive strategy is structured around three specialist labs;

  • Brand Lab – which develops visual identity

  • Creative Lab – produces the design enabling brand visibility

  • Marketing Lab – builds the campaign structure

These three stages build on each other and ensure that the outside of a business reflects the quality of what’s on the inside.

The UK Neurodiversity Recognition Scheme awarded Spark Labs with their accreditation for the clear, visible, positive impact they have demonstrated amongst the communities they work with, and we’re delighted they have participated in the scheme which has been created to acknowledge the work organisations such as Spark Labs do.
